3 Tips to Create Your Sleep Hygiene Routine


A relaxing bedroom environment + regular daily routines = SLEEP HYGIENE. What is that you ask?

Keeping a stable sleep schedule, making your bedroom comfortable and free of disruptions, following a relaxing pre-bed routine, and building healthy habits during the day can all contribute to ideal sleep hygiene.

Here are 3 of my favorite daily selfcare moments to help you achieve an amazing sleep hygeine routine!

MIDDAY MOMENT

Take time during the day to have afternoon tea, pour your favorite cup of coffee, take a mini nap or a moment to breathe or meditate. Taking the time to be mindful and focus on yourself is a great way to reset yourself for the rest of your day!

PEACE, CALM AND JOY
